What did singer and actress Barbra Streisand do just before her dog Samantha died in 2018?

Believe it or not, Streisand took cells from her dog's mouth and stomach and had Samantha cloned!
Streisand revealed that two of her dogs, Miss Violet and Miss Scarlett, were cloned from her 14-year-old Coton du Tulear Samantha, who died in 2017.

Streisand said that the two dogs have different personalities to Samantha which is interesting if they have the same DNA.
