Which U.S. president was chosen the most times as "Time" magazine's Man (or Person) of the Year?

FDR was selected as Man of the Year 3 times. One of the times was as president-elect the first time it was awarded) the other two times were as an incumbent. Several other presidents received the honor twice including Truman, Johnson, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, G W Bush, and Obama.

Interestingly, Stalin received the award twice and Hitler once...
