According to Wikipedia - no. Here is the count of presidential visits:

link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camp_David#Count_of_visits_by_each_president

The most visits were made by Ronald Reagan (189), Richard Nixon (160) and George W. Bush (150), the fewest by Harry Truman (10), Donald Trump (15 during his first presidency) and John F. Kennedy (19).

The number of visits by Franklin D. Roosevelt, who established Camp Divid under the name "Shangri-La", is unknown, but he did host Winston Churchill there in May 1944.
