I've seen an ingredient called Sweet Pickle Relish in a recipe for Big Mac sauce on the net.Being British, I have not seen this product in the UK. Does anyone know what it contains, or if there's a British product that's similar?

Brand name Branston Pickle' is I think the nearest.

More likely to be one of the 'Bics' brand relishes - which I believe are American in origin - there are tomato, cucumber and sweetcorn versions, and are generally sweeter that British pickles. Also, the sliced gherkin in a Big Mac will be of the sweet variety.
