Is perfume really made out of horse pee?

my understanding is that perfume is made from water, alcohol and fragrances (oils, extracts etc...) if you find which one is made from horse wee, let me know so i can steer clear as i am somewhat a perfume fanatic :)

Another important ingredient in some perfumes is musk - obtained from glands in the rear region of some deer (musk deer, would you believe) and things like civets.

There are ingredients more toxic than horse pee in perfume.
