sybarite: voluptuary: a person addicted to luxury and pleasures of the senses

hedonist: someone motivated by desires for sensual pleasures

hedonism is a philosophy of pleasure, and thereby a choice.

a sybarite is a type of a person who is consumed with feeling pleasure, not as a choice, but as an inherent characteristic.
