The shoes of Robert P. Wadlow, the tallest man in recorded history, were size 37AA (American).

Robert Wadlow (USA, 1918 - 1940), the tallest ever man, wore US size 37AA shoes (UK size 36 or approximately a European size 75), equivalent to 47cm (18½ in) long.

The man the biggest feet of all time is Robert Wadlow, who is also the tallest man, and the man with the biggest hands. The living man with the biggest feet is Matthew McGory. At least, I think he is.

Sadly, the actor Matthew McGrory, whose 18 inch feet were only 1/2 inch shorter than Mr Wadlow's, died last month aged 32.

37AA, as per Guinness. That was the shoe size of Robert Wadlow, the tallest person ever.
