What elements on the periodic table are most basketballs made out of?

As balls are either made of rubber, plastic or leather they would all be some form of hydrocarbon primarily, with extras such as nitrogen and oxygen forming the molecules that allow the fibres to form and hold together. But if there's a special element in basketballs, you've got me.

I thought that this was a clever question where the word baskeball was made up of words from the periodic table - but it wasn't.

I suppose the rubber is vulcanised so there must be some sulphur (or as most basketball users would spell it, "sulfur") in there somewhere.
