a) mixture
b) pure substance
c) pure substance (compound)

soap is dissolved in water but doesn't form a molecular bond with it.

soapy water: mixture
hydrogen gas: pure substance
sodium chloride: pure substance*

It's not fully pure originally (not on the periodic table) you need to bond two pure substances together to obtain it.
