Well, Peter Jackson said that his scriptwriters had 180 pages for each Lord of the Rings film, each LOTR film was 3 hours or 180 mins. 22 mins would therefore mean 22 pages of script.
Looks like it can vary a bit depending upon the show, but, a good healthy average would be about a page of script per every minute of show...as ilovepuppies has stated.
