Similar to any other parts of the body, one hand, foot, pectoral muscle, or breast is usually slightly larger than the other. Some people need to buy a larger shoe or bra size to accommodate their larger-sized body part. Often, but not always, the left testicle is a bit larger and a bit lower inside the scrotum.

If I buy a ring I use number 6 in one hand and 7 on the other hand. I wish I could do the same with shoes, because it's always a problem.

As most people tend to use their strong side more often (left handed - left arm, shoulder, etc.; right handed - right side), the muscle mass on that side increases causing a disparity in size.

Can't explain the testicle thing, though!
