The best I can do on this is tell you that the German word for baton or staff is "Stab," and it can be used to describe a piece of field officer's equipment. Whether there is or was a more specific name within the context of Nazi dress I don't know.
It is called 'The Field Marshal Baton' as it was presented to him By Adolf Hitler on his receiving the title of Field Marshal General of the Air Force.
I suspect that battrikev didn't know the answer. He or she was asking us to provide it.
And, the term "Fieldmarshal's Baton" isn't very specific. It could be used in many countries, in many languages.
However, my guess is that there wasn't a specific "Nazi" term, that, in Germany and Austria, everyone simply used the term "Stab," coupled with the genitive of the officer's rank.
Goering received two different batons: the first after his promotion to Generalfeldmarschall, the second when he became Reichsmarshall in 1940. The latter baton, made of elephant ivory and encrusted with diamonds, was the only one of its kind, and is now kept in the US Army's West Point Museum.
