What movie is the line "Let's blow this popsicle stand" from?

I'm not finding this. Closest thing I've come across is "Let's blow this pop stand" from 'A Nightmare On Elm Street: The Dream Child' (1989)

Dan Jordan: "And as adults, we must now prepare for our new life outside this wonderful environment known as Springwood High... So let's blow this pop stand."

Robin Williams said it in an episode of "Mork & Mindy" in the late 1970s. At the time, I was unfamiliar with the expression, but he delivered it as though he were riffing on a well-known cliche. In fact, around the same time I heard a college buddy use the phrase "Let's blow this pop stand" repeatedly.
