How many times does the word "eternity" appear in the Bible?

That would depend on the translation being used.

The English word "eternity" appears only once in the King James Version of the Bible. In Is. 57:15 the Hebrew word is "ad," and appears 48 times in the Received Text, variously translated as eternity, ever, everlasting, evermore, old, perpetually, world without end.

It's in the "Message" Bible, a modern paraphrase, fifteen times.

It is a mistranslation there. The translator took the word "ad" out of context. The correct context, referring to God as "Shochen 'ad" - "who dwells/reigns forever" would be a much better translation.

As for "reverend", that is a translation of the Hebrew "kadosh" - holy (the same word is repeated three times in Isaiad 6:3). That word is used countless times in the Bible referring to God, Israel and the Sabbath among other things.

There are words which appear in the original Hebrew/Aramaic only once (one of them is "sullam" - "ladder" in Genesis 28:12).
