Older persons. We stumble in even knowing what to call them, and how to define old age. Old persons are called old people, "geezers", little old ladies, the chronologically challenged, oldtimers, and the mature.

I would say children with Progeria Syndrome are certainly "Chronologically Challenged".
"The term Progeria narrowly refers to Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria syndrome, but the term is issued to describe any of the so-called "accelerated aging diseases". The word progeria is derived from the Greek for "prematurely old."
