I have a Major General -- But, half suspect that if you wanted Major Generals, you'd have said as much.

Joseph Wheeler -- He has the rare distinction of serving as a general during war time for two opposing forces: first as a major general in the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War and later as a major general in the U.S. Army during the Spanish-American War and Philippine-American War.

This site claims that Joseph Wheeler is the only correct answer:
Joseph Wheeler was the only Confederate general to attain the same rank later in the United States Army. Three decades after he commanded Confederate cavalry forces, he volunteered at the outbreak of the Spanish-American War and was commissioned a Major General of Volunteers in Cuba. He later became a Brigadier General of the Regular Army in the Philippines.

However, this site lists three other Confederate generals who had general-rank commands in the U.S. Volunteers during the Spanish-American War: Matthew Butler, Fitzhugh Lee and Thomas Rosser.

There were four Confederate Generals who served as U.S. Army Generals:
Fitzhugh Lee, Joseph Wheeler, Thomas Rosser and Matthew C. Butler

Public law 85-425 adopted May 23, 1958 as House Resolution 358 provides Confederate veterans the same status as United States Civil War veterans. There are eight major United States military posts named for Confederate officers, including one for Gen. Robert E. Lee. After the war, there were four former Confederate generals who served as generals in the U.S. Army during the Spanish-American War. They were Gen. Fitzhugh Lee, Gen. Joseph Wheeler, Gen. Thomas Rosser and Gen. Matthew C. Butler.
