The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants 2. It was a great movie. I recomend it for mothers and daughters and best friends. Reply #121. Aug 27 08, 12:56 PM |

Dark Knight. I didn't like it that much - way too many explosions and way overboard with the villain - there was just no way to stop him. But my daughter tells me that's what the graphic novel was like so I guess it was true to the book. Reply #122. Aug 27 08, 1:05 PM |

I saw "Death Race" the other night. It's not a movie you watch to be mentally stimulated, it's one you watch to see Jason Statham doing pull-ups shirtless. And the car, got to love the car. Reply #123. Aug 27 08, 2:43 PM |

The Dark Knight. My mom and I convinced my dad (Batman's not exactly his kind of movie) to take us last Saturday. A little disappointing - I've never been struck by a movie quite like I was with that one. I kind of loved it and disliked it at the same time. But as I do love the movies, and hardly ever get to go (not much decent or interesting to go see, usually), I definitely enjoyed the experience. TDK gets a 7.5 from me after one viewing. Reply #124. The last film I saw at the theater was Rocky Balboa. I much prefer movies at home with my home theater. No loud teenagers, cellphones or overpriced concessions! Reply #126. Sep 11 08, 4:53 PM |

I just went and saw "Babylon A.D.". It was pretty good, but not what I'd call excellent. They have some toys in there that I wouldn't mind having. Reply #128. Sep 15 08, 12:50 PM |

The Dark Knight. It was alright. I was expecting a little more, but maybe only because I had been told how good it was. Reply #129. Sep 22 08, 10:29 AM |

Hamlet 2. It was funny, but it moved too fast for me. But, don't take your kid to this, if you want to see it. Reply #132. Oct 05 08, 9:37 PM |

Wow... been a while. Last movie in the theater was "Little Voice." I have no idea how I happened to go to see it (though I like almost everything Michael Caine is in). Great movie... right up there with "Alfie." Reply #134. Oct 23 08, 1:04 AM |

Last one I saw (was dragged to) was ~ Batman. The Dark Knight. Was bum numbing and I didn't really like it - to me, it just didn't feel like a Batman movie .. The things we watch for our kids ;-) Reply #135. Nov 03 08, 8:48 PM |

I went and saw "W" a few days ago. The only way I can describe it is odd. There is no genre it conveniently fits in. Reply #138. Nov 07 08, 11:33 AM |

Ravyn, I saw "W" also and had the exact same response. I walked out of the theater with no idea what I'd just seen. Reply #139. Nov 07 08, 11:50 AM |
