I saw "Terminator Salvation" just this afternoon...and loved every minute of it. An excellent movie, I thought, despite all the negative reviews. :) Reply #161. May 28 09, 5:34 PM |

Mamma Mia was the last film I saw. Me and my husband totally enjoyed every minute. I was a huge Abba fan and the writers and cast did not disappoint. Reply #162. May 29 09, 3:13 PM |

Echoing Darths sentiments, Terminator Salvation - great, great movie. I must have read the same reviews because I was slightly worried about it. Also, a movie that doesn't mes around trying to take the time to explain everything. If you have seen the other movies and know about the back story then great, if you havn't seen them then you work it out as you go along... or rent the dvds when you get home! Reply #165. The Curious Case of Benjamin Franklin......I rarely watch movies outside the house.......I watched it after reading some good reviews of the film and finding out it was nominated for Oscars. Reply #166. Jun 28 09, 7:11 PM |

Uh Oh I made a mistake in typing the movie title.....SORRY! Why did I write Benjamin Franklin??.......The last film I watched was ---"The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."---- (not Franklin) Reply #167. Jun 28 09, 7:15 PM |

I saw 'Up' (which is a delight) a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I'd been in a movie theatre since seeing 'The Passion of the Christ', which was dreadful. Reply #170. Jul 02 09, 9:51 AM |

Saw 'Public Enemies' last week, that is a yawn-fest. Long drawn out shoot outs interspersed with some admittedly good acting from Johnny Depp, but you never feel any sympathy for his character and that lets this film down badly. Also, Christian Bale is there in name only - why did he bother with this one? Reply #175. Jul 11 09, 4:12 PM |

I saw "Ice Age 3" last weekend. It's a nice movie, but "Ice Age" was much better. Reply #176. Jul 15 09, 12:34 PM |

I saw The Proposal and enjoyed it more than I thought I would - the Alaskan locations really added to it and the chemistry between Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock really worked. Planning on going to see Drag Me To Hell next - I've heard it's really scary. Reply #180. Jul 24 09, 11:00 PM |
