We don't go to the movie theater too much anymore because it has gotten really expensive. If we do go, we go before 6:00 so we can get the cheaper matinée price. The last movie I remember seeing at the theater was "Mr. Bean's Holiday" and before that "Ratatouille". Reply #21. Feb 16 08, 4:07 PM |

Just saw "Rambo". It is so violent, but so much fun when Stallone takes out the bad people. Reply #25. Feb 19 08, 5:55 PM |

Fool's Gold - with Matthew McConnaughy and Kate Hudson. The funniest parts were in the previews, I'm afraid. Reply #28. Feb 24 08, 9:18 PM |

The last time I went to a movie was, I believe, three, maybe four years ago. I took my Mom and my Daughter to see "Stepford Wives" with Bette Midler and Nichole Kidman. What a let down for me. I seen the original and it wasn't even close. I guess that I wasn't expecting a comedy, apparently didn't check into it enough. Anyway my Mom and Daughter liked it though. So I came home that same day, got on the computer and ordered the original "Stepford Wives" which is a great movie. My Husband and I don't go to the movies. If there is a movie that we think we will like, we just wait until it comes out on DVD and buy it. Cheaper than paying for two to watch it in a theater. We have, between VHS and DVD's (if I had to guess) nearly 250 movies. We share and loan them out. I am really looking forward to the Rambo movie to come out on DVD so I can buy it. I was a big Rambo fan. I am really looking forward to seeing it. Take Care. Reply #35. Mar 03 08, 7:22 PM |

honeybee4, why was "The Misfits" in 1961 the last movie you saw. I haven't been for years but there must have been some good ones since then. I think the last one I saw was "Titanic" Reply #36. Mar 05 08, 9:10 PM |
