I saw the part where Paula became physically ill due to the actions of a singer (who absolutely did not make it to the 'next round'). After that, I couldn't watch anymore. Plus, Simon's reaction to Paula after she was sick (turning his back on her) seemed rather small of him. Reply #1. Sep 23 11, 2:07 PM |

Simon seems a little easier on the contestants on this show. It is interesting that the prize is $5,000,000. Reply #2. Sep 23 11, 2:12 PM |

It might get a bit more interesting now that it's down to fourteen contestants now. I think it's fourteen something like that. The judges are all very annoying, but Paula is the worst. Reply #3. Oct 31 11, 3:12 PM |

I think there are entirely too many of this type of show. Reply #4. Oct 31 11, 7:11 PM |

The show ended last night. I didn't watch a lot of the show but I have to say that it is the worse show on tv. All the crying and telling us their sob storys and how they have been sober and all that stuff, what does it have to do with talent. The sound and the stage are so bad. What terrible show all round. No. Way too many "reality" TV shows. Reply #8. Mar 09 12, 10:19 AM |

Garbage... Complete and utter trash. There are thousands of very talented musicians and songwriters flogging themselves almost to death, gigging the length and breadth of their respective countries/continents looking for their big break... I must be soul destroying seeing a relatively talentless wanabee winning a recording contract after winning what is nothing but a glorified Karaoke competition... The sooner we all lose our appetites for Simon Cowell and his dross the better! Reply #10. Mar 09 12, 1:09 PM |

I couldn't agree more. Another thing I really dislike about these shows is the ridiculous notion that singing is all there is to music. Of course, they've tried a show (don't remember what it was called) to showcase actual musical groups that actually played instruments, but that was awful too. Reply #11. Mar 11 12, 9:46 AM |
