I loved the film, but I wished I had not watched it. The true story made me sob throughout, and I nearly threw up during one graphic scene... It was incredible, and I DO recommend it, but for me, personally, it was too sad and too graphic. :P Reply #1. Feb 22 13, 4:26 PM |

I disagree with Professor over one thing... this is not a must see film, only watch it if you think you can get through it! I know for a fact that my wife would not thank me if I showed it to her. Watch it if you are ready for gut-wrenching, realistic, desperate scenes with barely a let up in tension or emotional wringing out of the viewer. It is an amazing film in some ways, truly, but not for everyone. Reply #2. Feb 25 13, 2:09 AM |

I respect your views nasty and it would be a bad world if we all felt the same way. What happened on that boxing day still lives with me as things were happening that in some ways may sound trivial, My Girlfriends mother was in hospital having had a cancer operation and we had to journey from inverness to see her in Aberdeen. What i like about the impossible is it showed the determination of the people who survived this horrific event and the steps they had to take to survive. None of us will ever understand why this happened and we are amazed how people survived. The thing i was amazed by was the generosity of the people at the theatre i attended the day after the cast of mamma mia organised coillecting buckets, and i have never seen collection buckets so full of paper money normally it is coins you see. i happily put in for myself and my girlfriend, more then i might have done normally.
