Answer: Chief Executive Officer

Pepper is made the Chief Executive Officer of Stark Industries, which means she's in charge of Tony's entire organisation. The CEO of a company is in charge of everything from planning to finances and it's a big responsibility. Pepper displays how difficult this is in the movie, when sounding flustered on the phone trying to resolve some issues, while talking to Tony at the same time.

Answer: Dr. Yinsen

Dr. Yinsen happens to be Tony's collaborator in his quest to escape. He assists Tony in creating Tony's elaborate protective armor. Alas, upon his escape, Tony finds Dr. Yinsen lying on a table. Dr. Yinsen's final words are, "Don't waste it. Don't waste your life."

Answer: British

With no other option, Tony heads to a hardware store, spends the night in a motel building something new, and then drives to Miami to break into The Mandarin's compound. And when he infiltrates it he actually finds The Mandarin and learns quite a bit from him, notably that he's just an actor by the name of Trevor Slattery and he ended up getting hired by Killian to take responsibility for the terrorist acts in the country. Not much else is revealed, especially when Tony's knocked out by one of Killian's Extremis men.
He ends up waking up with Maya having tied him to a bed frame in a scientific lab and while she asks him to help her stabilize her Extremis compound, he instead tries to appeal to her morals. It doesn't work; Killian comes in during their conversation to show off the tables he's turned. Back in Switzerland, he decided to change everything, and after he took Extremis, he was able to change himself and start his plan. Now, he has Rhodes and the Iron Patriot suit in another room and Pepper is undergoing the Extremis trial. He shoots Maya, killing her, when he decides that she's too much of a threat to his grand scheme.

Answer: Obadiah

Throughout the film, Tony is approached by a member of the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division, Agent Coulson, and at the charity ball at the Disney Concert Hall, it becomes apparent that Stark needs to be debriefed of what happened. He forces a date before joining Pepper on the dance floor. After a tense dance, Tony is approached by reporter and asked about the recent weapons shipment that made its way to Gulmira, Yinsen's home city, and into the hands of his former captors. He later asks Obadiah about it and Obadiah admits to locking Stark out of the business and filing the injunction. Tony decides to alter his suit a little bit, allowing his flight stabilizers to fire concussive blasts. And suiting up, he flies out to Afghanistan to protect the citizens of Gulmira on his own, destroying the newly-made Jericho missiles in the process.

Answer: On the belly of one of the planes

The jets are chasing down and shooting at Tony so he deploys flaps, resulting in the jets soaring past him so he can take cover under one of the planes' bellies. The air force is momentarily stumped by this disappearance until one of the pilots spots Tony on the belly of his partner's plane. He tells him to "shake him off". After successfully doing so Tony collides with the wing of the other jet, taking it down. The pilot uses his ejector seat but the parachute doesn't open and Tony comes to the rescue once again.

Answer: Bird

The bird is a winged animal, of which there are thousands of different species all over the world. Ivan has a cockatoo at home in Russia but, when he comes to Monaco to battle it out with Tony, he leaves him behind. Ivan is rescued from his death sentence by Justin Hammer and works for him on the condition that he will bring his bird over from Russia. Although the bird Hammer does bring Ivan is not his, he seems to care for it all the same.

Answer: Jarvis

Jarvis is the interactive artificial intelligence that helps Tony create the "Iron Man" suit. Jarvis also maintains the home environment, along with critical computer maintenance. Jarvis is extraordinarily polite and speaks with a British accent.

Answer: The Vice President

Before long, Tony's prototype suit is charged enough to make it to Miami and it arrives in pieces, allowing him to escape captivity with a little bit of effort. While he isn't able to take off after Killian's plane, he is able to reunite with Rhodes. Both of them are able to get more information out of Trevor Slattery and it leads them out to sea where, apparently, Killian plans to make his next move with Pepper in tow. The plan, as they discover, also involves the Vice President of the United States who, when Tony calls, says he'll notify the President of the issue at hand. He never makes the call; they don't know that if Extremis is a success, then it will help his disabled daughter.
The Iron Patriot, or whoever's in the suit, ends up reaching Air Force One and, when it's in the air, Killian reveals himself to be inside, but only after isolating the President and making his move. Killian ends up taking him, flying him from the ship just as Iron Man arrives. This results in a fight between Iron Man and the final Extremis soldier which leads to the hero leaping from the plane before it explodes to guide thirteen passengers down to the Miami harbour below. Fortunately, he's able to do this...but the prototype suit, which Tony was piloting remotely, doesn't survive.
...and that's why he initiates 'Project House Party'.

Answer: A new element

Tony roots through his father's effects and finds all manner of items including old blueprints, news clippings, and film reels. When he plays through the film reel, it appears that he, as a child, is also in the clips. But that's not the important part. His father also left a message for him, indicating that he left his life's work so that he could unlock its secrets when the technology is ready. Tony figures it out. He heads to Pepper's office and tries to apologize to her, admitting the truth, but Pepper needs to leave for an engagement. The old diorama of Stark Expo is still in the room though, and when he looks at it, he realizes that there's something fishy about it. If the Unisphere were an atom, the outlying buildings would create a new element - one that his father hypothesized 20 years ago - and it would be a suitable replacement for palladium. On its own, it would be unable to be synthesized, but with Tony's abilities and resources, it's possible. He builds a particle accelerator in his lab and, before he knows it, he has the component he needs to save his life.

Answer: Dress

Tony forgets Pepper's birthday so she takes the liberty of spending his money for him. She buys a lovely blue/grey evening dress for Tony's party. Tony is clearly taken aback by Pepper's beauty and asks her to dance and from here on the situation gets a little uncomfortable between the pair, who clearly have feelings for each other.

Answer: A new element

Tony meets Nick Fury who is a member of an organisation that Tony's father founded. Nick tells Tony he has to save his own life and leaves him with nothing but some old videos of his father to figure out how. Tony's father leaves a trail, in the form of a model city, which hides a secret; it's a new element. Although the name of this element is not mentioned in the film, it has the power to keep Tony alive and improve the efficiency of the "Iron Man" suit. He creates it in his basement with a particle accelerator and, one has to say, he makes rather a mess!

Answer: Pepper Potts

Virginia "Pepper" Potts is Tony's incredibly efficient personal assistant. She exudes the kind of intelligence and efficiency that Tony admires. Tony purportedly dances with Pepper, in order to avoid government agents. Pepper, (Gwyneth Paltrow) is resistant to Tony's charms, but a budding romance could be developing.

Answer: "Let's face it, this is not the worst thing you've caught me doing."

Tony always manages to keep his sense of humor, no matter what. Pepper brings out most of the humorous statements from Tony Stark. Obviously he's done a lot of weird and crazy things, and Pepper has seen a lot of them.

Answer: A bodyguard

Agent Phil Coulson from S.H.I.E.L.D comes up with the cover story that a bodyguard was in the Iron Man suit when it malfunctioned. He does this to protect Tony from the public thinking it was him, which would understandably cause unwanted fuss. But Tony clearly thinks differently and doesn't use the "he was on his yacht" story as suggested and tells the public he is Iron Man.

Answer: Strawberries

Strawberries are a red fruit that originated from France in the 1740s. They are grown all over the world and it's not often that you won't see them on a supermarket shelf. Tony brings Pepper a punnet of strawberries, that he got from a man selling them by the side of the road. Pepper is stressed about being the new CEO of Stark Industries, and makes it clear this gift is not wanted by saying she's allergic to them.

Answer: Obadiah Stane

Obadiah Stane, (Jeff Bridges) has designs on not only the company but, perhaps a role in world domination. Obadiah was a busniness partner of the now deceased father of Tony Stark. He has great aspirations. Obadiah is attempting to replicate the suit created by Tony Stark, but his engineers are at a loss as to how to proceed. In anger, Obadiah tells his engineer that, "Tony Stark was able to build this in a cave, with a box of scraps!" The engineer replies, "Well, I'm not Tony Stark."

Answer: Pepper

Stark manages to knock Killian off him with a well-timed attack, severing the scientist's hand before it melts through the floor. The subsequent damage leads Pepper to fall through the floor and be brought out along the tanker by the moving machinery. Tony struggles to reach her but the tanker jolts and she falls hundreds of feet to the ground, just out of his reach. Enraged, Tony turns around to find Killian still alive and the battle recommences between the two of them. As every hit against Stark takes off another piece of his Iron Man outfit, the fight continues to rage on, proceeding through several iterations of the suit until his most recent prototype returns, placing itself on Killian's body and self-destructing. Tony crashes to the ground without a suit and, unfortunately, Killian survives the blast, reemerging from the flames and rebuilding. He stalks after Tony, but he's saved at the last moment by Pepper who, having survived the fall due to the Extremis testing, manages to acquire one of the Iron Man suit arms and use it to blast Killian to kingdom come.
Pepper, worried that she could be killed by Extremis, is assured that Tony will find a way to work out a cure. To demonstrate his love for her, he also ends up blowing up all of his old Iron Man models, finally letting go of his anxiety.
Trevor Slattery is arrested by the police, as is the Vice President. Pepper survives Extemis-free and then Tony goes under the knife himself to have the shrapnel removed from his chest. In Tennessee, Harley is treated to a lab all his own for how he helped Stark out.
In the end, Tony takes his old ARC chest-piece and tosses it into the ocean. He claims to be a changed man as he drives off with some of his old tech. Despite everything that happened and everything he gave up, he's still Iron Man.

Answer: Pepper

Tony arrives just in time to save Pepper from Obadiah and their fight pushes them out into the Los Angeles city streets. In an attempt to one-up Obadiah, Tony attempts to reach maximum altitude again, pushing the constraints of his old power core to the brink while he and Obadiah freeze. Obadiah fails to account for this and plummets to the ground while Tony moves to his emergency reserves. It seems like Obadiah is defeated, but on the ground, Obadiah gets the upper hand, crushing Tony's suit to cause a power breach. Tony communicates with Pepper and asks her to overload the ARC reactor in the lab so that they can flood the roof while the battle comes to a head. Obadiah's vision in the suit is destroyed; Tony's helmet is crushed. When Tony tells Pepper to push the button, he's thrown back and Obadiah takes the full brunt of the ARC's power surge, destroying the lab and killing him in the process.
Rhodes is able to minimize the damages in the media while Coulson accounts for Stark's alibi and Obadiah's mysterious death before departing. Tony discusses his relationship with Pepper before heading to the podium. The newspapers are calling the mysterious saviour of the city the 'Iron Man', so when he stands in front of the media, he doesn't mince words too much. He throws away his cue cards and tells the truth, announcing "I am Iron Man."

Answer: Terrence Howard

Terrence Howard was born in Chicago and has been interested in acting from a young age. He has appeared in many films since the 1990s, including "Spark", "Big Momma's House" and "Hustle & Flow". He's won many awards and fits the part of Col. James Rhodes perfectly.
