Smalls got to the campout late and said, "Sorry I'm late. My mom made me put on my jacket and then she made me do the dishes." They all laughed.

The Beast was raised in Mertle's Acres until he supposedly ate a person. Then he and his owner moved to the house that was right next door to the sandlot.

It was funny. Squints looked dead and Bertram just looked at him and said, "He looks like a dead fish." Squints did it so that he could kiss the lifeguard Wendy whom he liked. He ended up getting kicked out of the pool forever but in the end he married Wendy.

He was the pitcher for every game. He was cool, I liked him. Plus he was funny. In the beginning he didn't think Smalls should be on their team either. Once he saw that Smalls could play he said that he knew it all the time.

The 4th of July is when there are a lot of fireworks and it provided them with enough light to play at night.

It was the Tigers, not the Lions or Bears (oh my). And I just took the Beasts from the name that they gave the dog that lived next door. By the way, the Tigers were kids from a different neighborhood that was an actual organized team with nice uniforms and everything. Basically, the two teams hated each other.

When Ham told Phillips (the kid from the Tigers) that he plays ball like a girl, everyone gasped, got quiet, and then they all started to laugh.

Answer: Timmy

They had just tried getting the ball back using some vacuums when the vacuums exploded. Timmy was still in the clubhouse when they exploded and he got full of dust. When he came down and shook off the dust he said, "We've been going about this all wrong. I blame myself." Then he said that they need to surprise The Beast which is where Yeah-yeah comes in. They used him as an aerial attack. They didn't succeed.

"Smalls was the last one to move away. Benny went on to play for the Dodgers. Smalls became a sports newscaster for baseball. Yeah-yeah went to military school and was a pioneer of bungee-jumping. Ham became a wrestler (The Great Hambino). Squints married Wendy and they had 9 kids. Tommy and Timmy created mini-malls and the became multi-millionaires. Kenny went on to play Triple-A Baseball. Bertram got really into the 60's and no one heard from him again. Hercules (The Beast) lived to be 199 years old, in dog years".
