Answer: Elihu
"But Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, became very angry with Job for justifying himself rather than God." Job 32:2
Elihu had not been mentioned with the three friends and was perhaps a bystander. He was also much younger than the others and perhaps that is why he refrained from speaking until the others had finished. His take on Job's suffering was a little different. He said Job's suffering was not so much because he had sinned but Job was arrogant and sinned because he justified himself rather than God. He takes about five chapters to make his point.
