She flees the Phantom's lair and marries him. She marries him after the Phantom forces her to leave when the mob surround him.

Answer: Gustave

They mention it when he gets in the carriage with the three greeters. Christine yells at him about getting in the carriage.

Answer: The Phantom

The Phantom notices how well he plays and sees that he is musically talented likke him. He asks Christine about it and she confesses he is the real father.
