The books are set in New York mainly, where most of the characters' houses, Constance Billiard girl's school and St. Jude's boy's school are situated.

2. In 'Gossip Girl', the first book of the series, what is the name of Blair Waldorf's boyfriend?

Answer: Nate Archibald

Nate is a pretty hot waspoid (description from book) and Blair is crazy about him but they break up in the second book.

3. What makes Jenny Humphrey different from all the other girls her age?

Although no one at Constance wears a uniform from about Jenny's class upwards, Jenny's breasts make her 'different'. I think that's why Chuck treated her so badly at the kiss on the lips party. By the way, does anyone else hate Chuck?
