Corinne Dufour was played by Corinne Clery. Corinne Dufour met Bond at the airport and flew him by helicopter to Drax's mansion. After Bond seduced her, she revealed the location of Drax's safe and was later killed by Drax for doing so. Jill Masterson appeared in "Goldfinger", Teresa Di Vicenzo was the full maiden name of Bond's wife from "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". The character Bibi Dahl appeared in the next Bond film "For Your Eyes Only".

Q gave Bond a dart-gun which was strapped to the wrist and activated by nerve impulses. It came with ten darts: five blue-tipped, armour-piercing; five red-tipped, cyanide coated, causing death in thirty seconds. Bond used the dart-gun to stop the centrifuge when Chang tried to kill him and also to incapacitate Drax before he pushed him into the airlock.

After cracking the safe, Bond discovered the blueprint of a glass vial which he later discovered would carry lethal poison. On the blueprint was the name of the company manufacturing the glass for Drax, Venini Glass, which was based in Venice.
