"Prey" takes place in the year 1719 and the Comanche character Naru is played by actress Amber Midthunder. Since at least the 18th century, the Comanche tribe have occupied areas that would become the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico.

From Quiz Prey (2022)

Answer: Thunderbird

As Naru is tracking a deer, she sees something that is able to move clouds and she believes it is a thunderbird. She tells other members of her tribe that she saw this sign from God but they do not believe her. In many Native American tribes the thunderbird is a legendary animal of great strength that is capable of producing thunder and lightning.

3. Throughout the film "Prey", Naru uses a flower that has healing powers. What name is given to this flower that cools the body's blood after it is ingested?

From Quiz Prey (2022)

Answer: Orange tutsia

The flower orange tutsia that is depicted in "Prey" is likely based on species of the Calendula genus which are orange in color and had been used for centuries before the events of "Prey" which was set in 1719. In the film Naru uses the orange tutsia to heal wounds of several men and later she uses it to lower her body temperature so the Predator's infrared scanner cannot detect her.

4. What animal does Naru's brother, Taabe, kill after it is weakened due to falling from a tree?

From Quiz Prey (2022)

Answer: Mountain lion

Although Taabe receives all the glory from his tribe after bringing back the defeated mountain lion, he later tells Naru that it was her plan to lure it into a tree and weaken it that made it possible for him to overpower it. When the mountain lion fell out of the tree Naru also fell and she ended up being knocked unconscious prompting her brother to bring her back to the village.

5. As it is attacking a mouse, what is the first animal that the Predator kills after which it is skinned and disemboweled?

7. What does the translator Adolini teach Naru how to use after she provides medicinal treatment to his severed lower leg?

From Quiz Prey (2022)

Answer: Flintlock pistol

After the Predator kills most of the other French members of Adolini's group, Adolini asks Naru to help ease his pain. At the end of the film Naru brings Adolini's pistol back to her tribe.
