The Kooks were formed in 2004, in Brighton, England. Luke Pritchard, Max Rafferty, Hugh Harris, and Paul Garred are the founding members of The Kooks. They all went to the same school, Brighton Institute of Modern Music. That is where Luke decided to form The Kooks.
