Crazy Redd will come to your town, but he won't let you in! How do you get the code? You talk to your neighbors. One of your neighbors will know the code. You go back to the tent, but oh no! You forgot what the code is! If this happens, just return to the neighbor that told you the code and talk to him. He'll tell it you again! You return to the tent. Redd asks you for the code. You tell him the password you heard from your neighbor and you made it in! Make sure you have at least 3,000 bells with you! When you talk to him, he'll notice that you're not a member. He'll say you can become a member for a fee. Give him the membership fee and there you go! You're in! Now Crazy Redd will send you a letter every time that he's getting near your town and in his letter will tell you the password. Here's a little advice on buying painting from him. It might be counterfeit! Beware!

You have to get someone to visit your town and buy one item from your store. It's not so hard as long as you have a friend that can come to your town! Make sure he brings his money though!
