Answer: Recluse's Victory

To get the Isolator badge, a hero must kill 100 contaminated. They are most frequent in the Outbreak tutorial zone, where you can kill mobs of them to get the badge. However, if you missed it you can still recover it. To get it, you must kill contaminated in Recluse's Victory. The only catch is that only ONE single minion spawns every two hours, making this impossible to all but the true badge aficionados!

From Quiz "City of Heroes/Villains" Facts & Fun (PC or Mac)

Answer: Moon River

Gotta be one of the funniest Easter eggs I've ever run across. I won't say more, in case you still need to find this one. This hidden area is located in Grandville, so you need to be a fairly high level to find it without getting killed in the process. You will not receive a badge, but it is still worth it. When you find the hidden area, turn so your back is against the door to hear the song.
