1. What is the name of the Wood Sprite that guards Kamiki Village?

Answer: Sakuya

Sakuya was the name of the Wood Sprite. Sakura is actually the Japanese translation of "cherry blossom", hence the inspiration.

It is one of the most complex and veratile ways to produce alcohol. Sake plays a very significant role in the culture of Japan, especially in the Shinto religion which is what Okami is based on.
