He states that Catherine Braithwaite also has a expensive interest in thoroughbred horses that she maintains, but the Deputy heard that it could actually be gold that these two families were fighting over, but states this is a rumor going around and says that each family thinks they stole a fortune from the other. Dutch then comes up with a plan to play both families with the hopes of learning where the gold is.
