After this, Alec goes back to the house and is being arrested for having remote charges and being Dan's brother, even though he has a permit for his charges. The group leader tells the group to shoot Alec, but he is saved by the Red Faction, including Samanya and the Red Faction commander. Samanya helps Alec to cope with the loss and the commander talks him into joining the cause.

Alec is the first to make it through using these blindspots, and is able to destroy the power cores powering the mortars, causing the Free Fire Zone to be a lot less deadly to the Red Faction members.
