Answer: Magneto

In the first X-Men Legends game, it was possible to play as the young Jubilee. Also, Magma, another young female mutant, was available to use. In this game, the two girls are missing. Because Beast is kidnapped, he is not possible to use. Since Magneto and his minions, like Juggernaut and Toad, join the X-Men to fight Apocalypse, it is possible to play as Magneto. Emma Frost appears in the game but you cannot play her, along with Psylocke.

Emma Stone's item is "Diamond's Aura," Jean Grey's is "Mantle of the Phoenix," and Jubilee's is "Hypnotic Skyburst".
