Yes, "Breakout" is the Atari developed arcade game from the late 1970s. The game consists of several rows of coloured blocks at the top of the screen, and a player-controlled paddle at the bottom, which is used to bounce a ball around the screen to destroy the coloured blocks.

A level is complete when all the coloured blocks have been destroyed. The ball must not touch the bottom of the screen, however, or the player will lose one life.
