Drayton Manor is a small park in Staffordshire that nobody really knows about. Of course, Alton Towers isn't too far away and is also more popular than Drayton Manor.
2. The Traumatizer at Southport Pleasure Land was moved to another park in 2007 and given a repaint. What was the new name of the ride and the name of the park it was moved to?

Answer: Pleasure Beach Blackpool - Infusion

Southport shut its doors in early 2007, so Blackpool, being Southport's sister park, decided to take Traumatizer, paint it blue and label it as Infusion.
3. Which of these coasters at Thorpe Park was built first?

Answer: X: No Way Out

X: No Way Out is an indoor coaster that runs backwards, and it was opened in 1996. All of the others were built between 2002 and 2006.
4. What is the height of Stealth at Thorpe Park?

Answer: 205 ft

Despite being over 200 feet tall, Stealth lasts about 15 seconds from the launch to the brakes.

Velocity at Flamingoland is a launched coaster manufactured by Vekoma. After removing their two Shwarzkopfs, Bullet and Magnum Force, they built two Vekomas to replace them, Velocity and Kumali.

Answer: Alton Towers

Oblivion is a B&M Dive machine at Alton Towers. It features an almost vertical drop and an over-banked turn.
9. Who designed most of Alton Tower's rollercoasters?

Answer: John Wardley

John Wardley came up with designs for Nemesis, Oblivion and Air. The other designers are famous for designing the early wooden coasters.
10. Nemesis has four inversions. What are they?

Answer: Two corkscrews, a loop and a zero G roll

Nemesis was Britain's first B&M inverted coaster and remained the only one until 2003 when Nemesis Inferno was built at Thorpe Park.
