"The Simpsons" date back as far as 1977 when cartoonist Matt Groening featured them in his comic strip "Life in Hell". They moved to television in 1987 when Groening was hired to create animated shorts on "The Tracy Ullman Show".

This 1986 movie was based on Stephen King's novella "The Body". Cusack first appeared on the big screen in the 1983 comedy "Class".
