WWE 'Raw' September 2, 2002 Trivia Quiz

Answer: Briefcase

As 'Raw' began, Eric Bischoff walked to the ring carrying a silver colored briefcase. He addressed an important matter. He said that since Brock Lesnar, the WWE Undisputed Heavyweight Champion, signed to be exclusively on 'Smackdown', that the Undisputed Championship was very much disputed.

Therefore, Bischoff said that 'Raw' needed a Heavyweight Champion of its own. And he said that he would announce who the new WWE Raw World Heavyweight Champion would be.

Answer: Triple H

Bischoff called to Triple H to the ring. Then bending down to the briefcase, he brought out the former WCW Heavyweight Championship belt and presented it to Triple H, saying that he was now the new WWE Raw World Heavyweight Champion. Triple H graciously accepted the title, but then said that Brock Lesnar left 'Raw' because Lesnar was afraid of him. Hunter also said that Lesnar lacked the testicular fortitude to face him.

Answer: Ric Flair

As Triple H was speaking, Ric Flair came down to the ring and said that he wore the title 16 times, and that if anyone should wear the title that it was him. Flair said that he earned the title every time he wore it, unlike Triple H. Basically, he called Triple H a paper champion, meaning the title was just handed to Triple H, he didn't earn it. Bischoff then made a match between Ric Flair and Triple H for later in the show, and the match would be for the title.

Answer: Bubba Dudley

As Bubba was backstage preparing for his match, Triple H approached and told him that he shouldn't be jealous. Bubba told him to wipe the smirk off his face before it gets slapped off. Bubba excused himself, saying he had to go put someone through a table. Triple H looked dumbfounded.

Answer: Chris Nowinski and Molly Holly

Bubba Ray Dudley and Trish Stratus faced off against Chris Nowinski and Molly Holly in a Tag Team Table Match. Bubba and Nowinski started the match. The two went at it until Bubba tagged in Trish. In a show of unmasculinity, Nowinski battled with Trish, although she was able to tag in Bubba.

But by this time, Nowinski had tagged in Molly Holly, and Molly was in the ring for a few minutes with Bubba. Molly slapped him and kicked him, finally Bubba could take it no longer and tossed her to the ground.

Then Bubba tagged in Trish and the two ladies fought. But as they fought, Trish was whipped into the ropes where Nowinski grabbed a head full of her hair. After Trish had Molly down, Bubba yelled for the tables, and he and Trish raced to set a table up in the ring. Just as Bubba and Trish had the table set up, Nowinski and Molly went after Trish and Bubba. Trish was tossed to the outside, where Molly and Nowinski had a table set up. Molly placed Trish there, and was just about to leap from the top rope, but Bubba, who had 'Bubba Bombed' Nowinski, pushed Molly off the rope. Nowinski, who had just risen from the maneuver that Bubba gave him, went to jump on Trish, who was on the outside laying on the table.

But Trish moved and Nowinski went crashing through. Then on the inside of the ring, Bubba and Trish worked together on Molly, but it was Bubba who powerbombed Molly through the table. Way to go Trish and Bubba!

Answer: William Regal

Booker T faced off against William Regal. Regal had control of the match, but Booker soon gained it. However, Regal lost when Booker gave him the 'Scissors Kick' and pinned him for the win. After the match, Booker gave the sold out crowd the 'Spineroonie'.

Answer: Shawn Michaels

In the interview, Shawn said that he has feeling in his legs, but he's using the wheelchair until he's back the way he was before 'Summerslam'. When asked if the match was worth it, Michaels said that if he had to do it over again, he would. He said his fans are very important to him, and he also said that Triple H 'cannot hunt what he cannot kill'.

He also said 'whatever comes around goes around'. At the end of the interview, he held up a sledgehammer.

Answer: Ric Flair

Triple H faced off against Ric Flair for the WWE Raw World Heavyweight Championship. Hunter and Flair fought viciously, but when the referee was knocked out of the ring, Triple H hit Flair H below the belt, then gave the 16 time champion the 'Pedigree', and pinned him for the win.

Answer: Chris Jericho

After the match, Chris Jericho flew to the ring and hit Flair with the 'Walls Of Jericho', punishing him even more. Then Rob Van Dam came to Flair's rescue and went after Jericho. But Triple H wasn't going to let Van Dam interfere, so he went after him. Soon all four men were fighting. It was a prelude to the main match.

Answer: Kane

Kane, in his first match since being injured, faced off against Lance Storm and Christian, two members of the Un-Americans, in a Handicapped Match. Storm and Christian began right away by double-teaming the Big Red Machine, but Kane battled back. It took a lot of effort, but Kane was finally able to defeat the Un-Americans by 'Chokeslamming' them.

Answer: Bradshaw

After the match, Test sneaked into the ring and gave Kane a 'Big Boot To The Face', flooring the Big Red Machine. Then Storm, Christian, and Test tried to ignite Old Glory once again, but Bradshaw came to her rescue. At the end, it was Bradshaw and Kane holding Old Glory high above their heads.

Answer: Tommy Dreamer

The Big Show faced off against Tommy Dreamer, in a match that was to prove to Eric Bischoff that Show was capable of being the champion. Show won when Dreamer was disqualified for using a chair.

Answer: Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy was supposed to fight Crash, but just as the match was about to begin, Bischoff came to the top of the ramp and reamed Jeff. Bischoff thought Jeff was leaving 'Raw' to go to 'Smackdown'. Bischoff was highly irate and said that no one leaves 'Raw', and then he sent Rosie and Jamal to attack Jeff. Jeff didn't stand a chance with the two monsters.

After Jeff was badly beaten, Crash let it be known, as he was walking up the ramp, that he was the one that was leaving 'Raw' to go to 'Smackdown'. Bischoff looked like a man who made a huge mistake.

Answer: Stacy Kiebler

Terri faced off against Stacy Kiebler in the First Ever Lingerie Pillow Fight Match. Jerry 'The King' Lawler was the special guest referee, and he was in his glory. Terri won when she pinned Stacy on the daybed. After the match, Stacy, the sore loser, got a bucket of castor oil and poured it on Terri, then she opened two feathered filled pillows and dumped their contents onto Terri.

When Stacy got through, Terri looked like a big chicken. For real.

Answer: RVD and Ric Flair

Chris Jericho and Triple H faced off against Rob Van Dam and Ric Flair in a Tag Team Match that was set by Bischoff, because both Jericho and Hunter wanted RVD. Sadly, RVD and Flair won when RVD hit Triple H with a 'Five Star Frog Splash' and pinned him. After the match, the brazen RVD had the audacity to hold up his own title plus Triple H's.
