WWF 'Raw Is War' August 27, 2001 Quiz

Shane came to the ring and said he bought WCW with his hard earned money, and that the sole reason was so he could put his father out of business. He also said that Booker T was one of the main assets. Shane said that The Rock didn't care anything at all about the history of WCW. Shane said that if Rhyno did beat him to challenging The Rock, he was going to challenge The Great One. Like who really cares about the history of a third rate wrestling organization?

Answer: The Rock

The Rock said that he did indeed care about the history of WCW, and he proceeded to name a few of the wrestlers. Then The Rock said he also knows where it went the past few years, Diamond Dallas Page and Booker T. He said that like Shane's sister, everybody gets their turn.

In response to Shane's so-called challenge, The Rock walked to the ring. Shane imitated The Rock by saying 'Just bring it' and gesticulating with his hand. When The Rock went into the ring, Rhyno sneak attacked him and gored him.

Answer: Rob Van Dam and Raven

As the Texas Chicken was complaining about his shoulder, RVD and Raven came in and asked Austin if they could have a match between themselves for the WWF Hardcore Championship. Austin wanted to know how they could be so selfish when he was standing there with a an injury. RVD and Raven offered to take on Jericho and Angle, but Austin said he'd fight them all by himself. Yeah right, Austin knows that Angle can beat him any day of the week! Austin is afraid of Angle.

Answer: Albert

The Undertaker faced off against Albert, who was accompanied by X-Pac. As 'Taker was taking care of Albert, X-Pac assaulted 'Taker with a punch to the face. As 'Taker was going after X-Pac, Albert went after 'Taker and then X-Pac hit him with a belt. When Albert went to give 'Taker the 'Baldo Bomb', 'Taker blocked it and gave Albert a boot to the face and them gave him a chokeslam for the win. Way to go Undertaker!

Answer: Michael Cole

Helms told Michael Cole that The Green Lantern was second in comparison to Austin. Helms said that The Green Lantern had overcame all kinds of evil and that's what he was going to do that night when he became the new WWF European Champion.

Answer: Hurricane Helms

Matt Hardy, accompanied by Lita, faced Hurricane Helms for the WWF European Championship. Helms came out with his ever present cape and a mask, which was pained on. Helms offered his hand to Matt, but Matt refused it and began the match. Matt was fighting very hard and would have won if Ivory didn't interfere in the match. Ivory hit Lita with a tire iron in her injured leg, and when Matt tried to help Lita, he was hit in the stomach with the tire iron.

Helms took advantage of the situation by pinning Matt for the win and for the title. Because there was cheating on behalf of Helms, Helms should have been disqualified.

Helms knows he can't win against Matt without cheating. I know Matt will eventually regain the WWF European Title.

Answer: Test

Bradshaw faced off against Test. This was one of the best matches of the night. Bradshaw was all over Test, but at one point Test knocked him out of the ring. There, Shane McMahon attacked Bradshaw, Faarooq tried to help Bradshaw, but he was given a clothesline by Test.

When Bradshaw chased Shane into the ring, Test gave him a 'Boot to the Face' for the win. I thought Test didn't have to resort to cheating, but I was wrong. Bradshaw was the real winner of this match. Way to go Bradshaw!

Answer: Rhyno

The Rock faced off against Rhyno for the WCW Heavyweight Championship. The Rock met Rhyno at the ramp and attacked him, but Rhyno threw him into the barrier and gored him again. Rhyno tossed The Rock inside the ring, but The Rock countered by knocking Rhyno over the top rope. Once Rhyno got back inside the ring, he put The Rock in a bear hug so powerful that The Rock almost passed out.

The Rock was able to give Rhyno a 'Samoan Drop' even though he was in a lot of pain. The Rock was gored once more, but recovered enough to give Rhyno a DDT.

The Rock then gave Rhyno a 'Spine Buster', but Shane interfered, distracting The Rock who was given a low blow by Rhyno. The APA came to The Rock's rescue by chasing Shane away. Rhyno had The Rock set up once more for the 'Gore', but The Rock moved out of the way and the only thing Rhyno gored was the ring post.

The Rock then gave Rhyno a 'Rockbottom' for the win. Way to go Rock!

Answer: Hugh Morrus

King Edge faced off against Hugh Morrus for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Christian joined J.R. and Heyman at ringside. Christian was asked if he was jealous of Edge and he said no, in fact he was proud of his brother. Meanwhile Edge was fending off Morrus, when all of a sudden Christian interfered and gave Morrus a clothesline from the top rope, the referee saw it and when Edge gave Morrus a DDT, the referee disqualified King Edge. Edge retained the title. Way to go King Edge!

Answer: Big Show

When Michael Cole was interviewing Booker T, he asked if Booker thought that Lil' Book was funny, and Booker said no he didn't. Then Michael said that if he didn't think that was funny then he wouldn't think that this next footage would be funny. Footage was shown of an interview with Big Show earlier that night.

He talked like Booker and even had a wig on that looked like Booker's hair. Booker was fuming and said 'when suckas do that somebody gots to get hurt!'. Like Big Show is afraid of Booker T? I don't think so!

Answer: Booker T

Big Show faced off against Booker T. Show came to the ring wearing his Booker T wig, and even did a spinarooni much to Booker's surprise. When Show was doing the spinarooni, Booker attacked him, but Show grabbed him by the throat. Booker gave Show a low blow before Show chokeslammed him. Show then grabbed Booker and threw him outside, but Booker knocked Show's leg into the steel steps.

Then Booker got a chair and assaulted Show until Show seemed to pass out. Booker knew that he couldn't beat Show unless he used a weapon, that man should have been disqualified. Now we know Big Show will get Booker for what he did!

Answer: Al Snow and the 'Tough Enough' finalists

Al Snow, along with the 'Tough Enough' finalists, said that on September 20, 2001 the two winners of 'Tough Enough' will be announced.

Answer: RVD and Tazz

Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle faced off against RVD and Tazz, who were accompanied to the ring by Austin. Jericho and RVD started things off, and Jericho almost had a pin, but Tazz broke it up. RVD then gave Jericho a guillotine leg drop, which gave him control of the match.

It looked like the end for Jericho and Angle until Jericho was able to tag Angle in, at the same time that RVD tagged in Tazz. Angle gave Tazz a belly to belly suplex. Meanwhile, Jericho and RVD were fighting on the outside of the ring and Jericho had 'The Walls of Jericho' locked in on RVD, but Austin broke it up.

Inside the ring, Angle put Tazz in the 'Ankle Lock', but Austin broke that up, also. Tazz tried to give Angle the 'Tazzmission', but Angle reversed it and gave him an 'Olympic Slam' for the win. Way to go Angle and Jericho!

Answer: He stole his gold medals

As Angle was cheering because he and Jericho won the match, Austin hit him from behind with the WWF Heavyweight belt, and stole Angle's Olympic medals. Now, not only is Austin a chicken, but he's also a thief. Angle will get Austin back for this!
