Answer: Every horse had its own, special needs. You had no clue how long the horse was going to stay there, or what treatments it would need

Amy had gotten in a fight with Lou after Lou wanted to give a price directly to the horse's owners. Amy soon destroyed Lou's idea because they could never find out how long the horse would have to stay etc. until they had started working with said horse.
