Nina Martin is the main protagonist of the show. She has just come from America when the show starts and is trying to fit in with her British classmates. After a few episodes, she develops a close friendship with Fabian Rutter, who becomes her best friend.

They seem to like each other secretly, as everybody knows in Anubis House. Nina often is the one that finds the answer to clues, along with Fabian. Nathalia Ramos plays Nina Martin's character.

Victor Rodenmaar Jr. is the main antagonist in the series. He seems to be hiding many secrets and doesn't want any of the students to find out. He is also behind the disappearance of Joy, which he tries to hide from everybody else. He is famous for saying 'You have five minutes... and then I want to hear a pin drop!' on the show. Francis Magee plays Victor Rodenmaar Jr.

Answer: Trudy

Trudy Rehman is the caretaker of Anubis House. She is a friendly person in the show and isn't involved with the conspiracy going on. She tries to help the kids living in Anubis House as much as she can. She cooks and cleans in the House. Trudy Rehman is played by Mina Anwar.

Answer: Sarah

Sarah Frobisher-Smythe is an old lady who now lives at the Old People's Home. She is known to have a nephew who only showed up when she died. Sarah had grown up with Victor and was the daughter of the two people who had been part of the raiding crew of Tutenkhamen's tomb. Sarah is scared from her past and still tries to forget whatever had happened with her family.

She trusts Nina the most and gives her the locket saying she is the Chosen One and must find the treasure. Rita Davies portrays Sarah Frobisher-Smythe.

Answer: A dictionary

Nina figures out that yesterday only follows tomorrow in a dictionary. So, they decide to search for dictionaries and finally come across an old Arabic one. When they open it with the help of Nina's locket, they find the middle hollowed out. When nothing is shown, Nina suggests using light to see if there's tiny writing.

It reveals invisible writing when the light is thrown upon it and states the next clue.

Answer: Seven

The seven Ankh pieces are found by Sibuna hidden throughout the Anubis House. They were found with the help of the clues that led to them. When the seven ankh pieces are joined, it forms the Cup of Ankh, which gives any person who drinks the Elixir of Life from it immortality. This is what everybody in the house is after.

Answer: Patricia

Patricia Williamson, who is best friends with Joy, got the most upset when she had disappeared. So, she blamed the new girl, who came in the same day her friend disappeard, for everything. She wasn't friends with Nina at first but later on in the series, they got close and became good friends. Patricia is shown as a goth girl who wears vintage clothing, biker boots, and coloured streaks in her hair. Patricia Williamson is played by Jade Ramsey.

Answer: Amber Millington

Amber Millington is the girliest one in Anubis House. She is a great friend to many and sometimes comes up with the most brilliant ideas. She isn't thought of as very smart and is usually referred to as the 'dumb blonde', but many people admit in the series that she is actually quite smart. Amber used to go out with Mick Campbell, but they broke up a few episodes into the series. Amber Millington is played by Ana Mulvoy Ten.

Answer: Fabian Rutter

Fabian Rutter is known as the geeky guy in Anubis House and he is usually found with a book. He is found studying a lot and is very smart. These qualities contribute to him finding many answers to the clues. Fabian was the only one who was friendly to Nina at first.

He said that she "looks nice" when Mick asked him about what he thought of the new girl. Nina and him usually sneak up into the attic to find and solve more clues. They were the official member of the group until Amber came too and named it. Fabian Rutter is known to have a huge crush on Nina but doesn't tell her. Finally, during the ending episodes, he asks her to prom and they share their first kiss there.

Answer: Rufus Zeno

Rufus Zeno is first seen by Patricia. He appears to be following her and later introduces himself has a private detective who is trying to find out what's happening at Anubis House what has happened to Joy. Patricia, who was willing to go to any means to find her best friend, trusted Rufus and began to tell him some of the things that she knew, such as about Nina's locket. Later, they find out that Rufus is a bad guy when he kidnaps Patricia and locks her at an abandoned warehouse.

In the end, Rufus blackmails Jerome into getting all of the Ankh pieces and the Elixir of Life.

In the last episode, he tries to kill everyone with scary flies. When Nina finally makes the Cup of Ankh, he tries to steal it and drinks the fake Elixir from the cup, therefore doing no damage to anybody.
