Numbuh 3 said it. It was in "Operation B.U.T.T." She said it because Numbuh 1 held up the negatives of his really big tushy. Numbuh 3 followed this with, "How can such a BIG butt fit on such a little piece of film?"

FUN FACT: The pictures that come out of a certain kind of camera are called negatives because the light spots turn out dark and the dark spots turn out light.

Numbuh 86 said it. It was in "Operation F.U.G.I.T.I.V.E," which was also Numbuh 86's first episode. She said it because Numbuh 4 was taking too long to aim, so she fired the missile for him, which resulted in something flying back at them at hitting their ship.

When they crash landed, Numbuh 86 began to yell at the boys of Sector V and blaming it on them (even though SHE was the one at fault).

The fist person who said, "Say it. Say it!" was Numbuh 3. She said it in "Operation C.A.T.S." when Numbuh 4 wouldn't say "I love you!" while he was pretending to be Mr. Huggykins. *Spoiler Alert!* The second person who said it was really five people: The Delightful Children From Down The Lane.

They said it in "Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S." when they were about to destroy Numbuh 1 and they wanted him to say that it was the end.

Numbuh 1 said this at the end of "Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S." He was saying his last words to the rest of Sector V. He said this and then said, "So who's with me?", they counted down, and then he said his last words in the entire show; "Kids Next Door, goodbye." (He was very passionate about childhood. Plus, his friends were like family to him. That's why he said the line used in the question.)

Grandfather said this in the first Codename: Kids Next Door movie, "Operation Z.E.R.O." Years ago, Grandfather forced every kid in the world to make tapioca for him. But one of his two sons, Monty, stopped him by taking away his powers. (He was kind of like Father, but without his powers, he's just a normal old man who doesn't remember ever having powers.) In the present, Father, who is the second son of Grandfather, stole the Recommissioning Module and used it to give Grandfather's powers back to him so they could destroy the Kids Next Door and rule the world together. Grandfather liked Monty more than he liked Father/Ben (long story), so he said the line used in the question when he had his black silhouette suit back and all that.

Sector V either had to fight or had just fought someone hard to fight and Numbuh 4 complained about how come they never got to fight The Ice Cream Sandwich Monster. Numbuh 5 joined in with The Creature With Lotsa Extra Cash. Of course, they were making up villains that they wished they could fight, not talking about real ones in the show.

Father said this in "Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S." It was at the end when Numbuh 5 finished telling him the story about the last mission she and the other members of Sector V went on with Numbuh 1. It was then revealed that the interviewer was Father trying to find out where Numbuh 1 was. (Numbuh 1 had gone to space to join the Galactic Kids Next Door but had just returned to Earth's moon and was on the Moonbase.

When Numbuh 5 explained to Father that she didn't remember anything after the part where Numbuh 1 left, Father thanked her and said that now he knew where Numbuh 1 was.

Then the screen changed to say "transmission interrupted".

This was also from "Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S." Adult Numbuh 5 said it at the very end. After saying "transmission interrupted", the screen went to adult Numbuh 5 exiting the room where she had been interviewed by Father. Something rang and she pulled out a P.I.P.E.R.

She then said this: "Hello? Oh, we told him everything he wanted to know. Meet you up at the Moonbase, okay? Oh, and Numbuh 1, welcome back. *smiles* "end transmission" Then appeared on the screen. Then it shows the credits (a picture from EVERY episode ever made appears next to the credits as a side video), and this is followed by the "Stay Young" picture.
