While this is happening, Spencer stops and says he is bored by just going around in circles. Because of this, more work is given to Spencer as he needs to lift Carly all the way upstairs.

Sam tells the iCarly audience that Freddie has never kissed a girl, which leads to people teasing Freddie. Sam becomes guilty after Carly says she has hurt Freddie before the webshow. During the webshow, they were going to have their first-ever Meatball War but instead, Sam apologizes to Freddie on-air and reveals she also hasn't kissed anyone yet.

Then, Sam goes to Freddie to apologize one more time, which leads to both of them kissing each other and swearing not to tell anyone about it.

Sam is very nervous and before Carly leaves the room, Carly says "Stay blonde" which Sam replies, "Stay brune". After, Sam becomes loopy after the dentist gives her laughing gas and after saying weird things such as losing her thumb, Sam accidentally tells Carly that she kissed Freddie.

After Carly learns that Sam and Freddie kissed, she freaks out to Spencer because Sam and Freddie didn't tell her. When Carly tells Spencer that Sam thought she was missing a thumb, Spencer says that maybe what Sam said wasn't true. Carly confronts Freddie and uses pressurized air to get Freddie's attention while he was listening to his songs. Carly tells Freddie what Sam said and Freddie hesitates to answer, but after a while he admits it, to the dismay of Carly.

Spencer teaches art at a prison and they end up building a sculpture of a giant pair of pants. When it was finished, Spencer is wearing a shirt that says "DanWarp Tweets" in all capitals, which refers to the creator of the series, Dan Schneider and his Twitter acount. While Spencer is out of the room, the prisoners go in the giant pants and Spencer brings them to his apartment.

When Sam is tricked by Carly, she ends up getting questioned about her kiss with Freddie. When Freddie enters Carly's apartment, Sam is angry at first, thinking he was the one who told Carly, but Carly reveals that she was the one who told her. Carly tells Sam and Freddie that she felt betrayed that neither one of them told her.

However, the prisoners escape from the giant pants, and the trio finds themselves duct-taped to chairs. Freddie reveals that Carly told the prisoners where the duct tape was. Carly asks Sam and Freddie if they thought the kiss was fun but Spencer runs in and gets his banjo and doesn't help them out of the chair. Carly, Sam and Freddie try to escape but fail, and leaves the cliffhanger question: Did Sam and Freddie have fun when they kissed?
