An out of body experience or OOBE can occur in individuals NOT experiencing a near death experience. An OOBE can occur in a drug induced state such as surgery or recreational drug use. Nitrous Oxide, LSD, and PCP are drugs known to cause an OOBE.

The Space-Time Continuum theory suggests that every time is an actually space in the universe. Therefore, it is theoretically possible to build a time machine and visit time as if it were a space. Given this, visiting a time in the future is possible. Those with precognitive skills simply visit a space in the future with their minds.

When particles are separated, they still have a quantum connection between them (they are entangled). This can explain how an object is moving without seeing anything actually move it. In order for psychokinesis (PK) to occur the sequence of connectivity (what connects particles) must be known. People with the ability of PK know this connectivity.
