Answer: Norway and Finland

Upper part of the river is called Anárjohka, while the lower part is called Tana. Falls into the Tana Fjord in Finnmark, Norway.
2. Pasvikelva/Ivalojoki.

Answer: Norway and Russia + Finland and Russia

This river has its source in Lake Inari. The upper (Finnish) part is called Ivalojoki and is a border between Finland and Russia. The lower part is called Pasvikelva and is a border between Norway and Russia. It falls into the Varanger Fjord in Finnmark, Norway.
3. Torne älv.

The lower part of Torne älv constitutes border between Sweden and Finland. It falls into the Gulf of Bothnia.
