Answer: Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains are a rugged mountain range west of Sydney. The area comprises of cliffs, forests, waterfalls and villages dotted with gardens and galleries. The name comes about from the blue tinge the mountains take on when viewed from a distance. A route from the coast across the mountains was found in 1813 by the three explorers Blaxland, Lawson and Wentworth.

Answer: Red Fort

The Red Fort in Delhi, India is aptly named due to its massive walls of red sandstone. Built between the years 1639-1648; it was the main residence of the Mughal dynasty for nearly 200 years. The fort was used as a garrison by the British after the 1857 uprising. Each year the Prime Minister of India hoists the Indian national flag at the Red Fort and delivers a national broadcast on Independence Day (August 15). Red Fort became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007.
3. Moscow (Russia)

Answer: Red Square

Red Square is a city square or plaza in Moscow. The name comes from the Russian word "krasnaya" which means both red and beautiful which referred to a small area in the city. The name was then extended to the entire square by Tsar Alexi Mikhailovich in the 17th century.

The square originally served as a marketplace, a site for public ceremonies and coronations for Russia's Tsars. Today the square is surrounded by historical buildings including the Kremlin, Lenin's Mausoleum, St. Basil's Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, the State Historical Museum and the GUM department store.
4. Dover (England)

Answer: White Cliffs

The White Cliffs of Dover stretch for eight miles spreading east to west from the port city of Dover, Kent. The cliffs reach 350 ft (110 m) and are distinguishable by their chalky composition with streaks of black flint. The cliffs face the Strait of Dover and France. They are known as "an icon of Britain".

The Red Beach is not actually a beach but a weed covered wetland. The whole area is transformed into crimson red in autumn due to the red plant Suaeda salsa. The area covers over 4,000 square kilometres in the Liaoning province
and is the home of over 250 species of birds and nearly 400 kinds of wild animals. The area transforms from a lush green to crimson red for as far as the eye can see.

The Blue Nile originates in Lake Tana in Ethiopia and travels a distance of 1,450 kms (910 miles) through Sudan to Khartoum. The Blue Nile gets its name from the vast amount of fertile silt that is carried downstream during the summer monsoon rains. Together with the White Nile they are the main tributaries of the Nile.

The Red Sea is an inlet of the Indian Ocean leading to the Suez Canal. There are a number of theories as to the name as it may be from seasonal blooms of the red sawdust that lies beneath the surface, or referring to the direction south, similar to the Black Sea's name may refer to heading north.

It could also be a direct translation of Greek or Latin. The length of the sea is 2,250 km (1,400 miles) with a maximum width of 355 km (221 miles).

The determination of these areas is lifestyle which includes healthy diet, daily exercise, low stress, religion and family values. In these areas people tend to live to be 90-100 years.
10. Flowing from Lake Victoria

Answer: White Nile

The White Nile flows out of Lake Victoria (in Uganda) travels northward 3,700 km (2,299 miles) and connects to the Blue Nile, then forming the River Nile. The White Nile gets its name from the light coloured clay sediment in the water. The sediment gives the river a light-grey colour.
