Answer: Grand Army of the Republic Highway

There is at least one sign proclaiming it as so in each county Route 6 runs through. Also, Route 6 is not mentioned on Mapquest.com, only Grand Army of the Republic Highway.
2. In what town is the Pennsylvania State Laurel Festival held?

Answer: Wellsboro

The Laurel Festival has been celebrated for decades and is always the second full week of June. It will soon be outdone by Dickens of a Christmas, also held in Wellsboro on the first Saturday in December.
3. What is a popular nickname for the locals in the northern part of Pennsylvania?

Answer: Ridge Runners

We are the Ridge Runners. Those to the south, are the Flat Landers. There are even books about the two. My favorite is "Ridge Runners and Flat Landers."
4. In what town are the 4th of July fireworks hailed as "the greatest in all of Pennsylvania?"

Answer: Galeton

The fireworks are held in Galeton, which is located in Potter County. It's also known as Red Suspender Weekend.
5. What are two dominate economic forces in Tioga, Bradford, and Potter Counties?

Answer: Hunting and Tourism

Hunters and tourists help keep the towns alive, but the pig farms are moving in.
6. What University is located in Tioga County?

Answer: Mansfield University

Edinborough is to the West, near Erie. Lycoming college is a college and is located in Lycoming County.
7. In what town are the Penn Wells Lodge and Hotel located?

Answer: Wellsboro

The Penn Wells Hotel has been standing for decades. Joan Crawford once stayed there. There have been several fires, but it still stands today.

The Women's Chorus is a byproduct of the Men's Chorus. The Town Band performs every other Wenesday throughout the summer. Hamilton Gibson is the town's acting troupe.

Answer: It's an original rail car

The diner was made by J.B. Judkins Co. It's made of porcelain inside and out. It was car number 388 (year 1938, the 8th diner car). It was originally called the Sterling Diner.
