Answer: Angel Falls

It is one of the world's highest waterfalls with a height of over 900 metres. It is found in the Canaima National Park in the Bolívar State of Venezuela and falls over the Auyantepui mountain. It was named after Jimmie Angel, a man who flew over the falls for the first time and crashed his plane there.

Lonesome George was the name of the last surviving giant Pinta Island tortoise that lived on these islands. This group of islands has 18 main islands and three smaller islands. Some of the main islands are named Darwin Island, Baltra Island, Isabela Island and Floreana Island.

Answer: Volcán Villarrica

It also goes by the name Rucapillán. This volcano has erupted in the years 2015 and 1964 among others. It is found in the Chilean Central Valley and is close to the Villarica lake. The top of the volcano is covered with snow and this place is a well known tourist attraction. There are many glaciers like the Pichillancahue-Turbio Glacier around this volcano. There are plenty of volcanic caves on this volcanic peak.

This tropical forest lies in proximity to the Pakaraima Mountains. The main rivers of this forest are the Burro-Burro River and the Essequibo River.

This massive salt flat or salt pan has its stretch for more than 10,000 square kilometers. It is found in the Altiplano or Collao Andean Plateau, which is one of the highest plateau regions in the world. Lithium is found in abundance in this part of the plateau. It is also known as Salar de Tunupa, in some places. The Isla Incahuasi is a small rocky formation that used to be an island in the prehistoric lakes that led to the formation of this salt pan and is found in the middle of the Salar. Giant cacti grow on this 'island'.

This system of waterfalls called the Iguazu is one of the largest in the world and borders Brazil and Argentina. It is formed by the waters of the Iguazu River. Alvar Nunez Cabeza de Vaca is credited as the first European explorer to discover these magnificent waterfalls. Most of this waterfall system lies in Argentina while the rest in Brazil.

This beautiful mountain belongs to the Cordillera Blanca mountain range in the Peruvian Andes. This ice covered mountain has often been referred to as the most beautiful mountain in the world. It also goes by the name Shuyturaju and is the origin of the Los Cedros Creek.

Its almost perfect pyramidal shape has enticed many over the years and it has gained a reputation for being very difficult to scale.

It is found in the Atlantic Ocean and has 21 islands and islets. It was named in honor of a wood merchant, Fernão de Loronha, who hailed from Brazil. This is a very popular destination for tourists but not many people are allowed at once. Species like dolphins and hawksbill turtles are found in this place.
