It means Horizon of the Aten, and he called it this because as the sun (or sun disk - Aten) rose it was always visible on the horizon.

Answer: Imhotep

Duarmtutef was the Jackal headed god and he protected the stomach, Qebehsenuef was the falcon headed god and he protected the intestines, Imsety was human headed god and protected the liver, and of course the fourth son is Hapy, he was the baboon headed god and he protected the lungs.
